ZapMob is a SaaS automation service for social networks. The platform currently allows you to automate actions on Instagram (and in the future on other networks such as TikTok): by connecting an Instagram Business account via Meta OAuth, the user can create "Zaps" (workflows) that listen for comments containing a chosen keyword and automatically trigger a comment reply and a direct message (DM). ZapMob aims to simplify community engagement without coding.
The user creates a ZapMob account by providing an email address and a password. They are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. In the event of unauthorized use, the user must inform ZapMob without delay.
The user agrees to comply with Meta/Instagram terms of use and the rules applicable to content and automation. ZapMob is not affiliated with Meta, Instagram or any other third-party platform. The user is solely responsible for the content of the automated messages they configure (comment replies, DMs) and for their compliance with platform rules and the law.
The user authorizes ZapMob to access their Instagram Business account via Meta's OAuth flow. This authorization is required to read comments on connected posts and to execute the replies and DM sends configured in the Zaps. The user may revoke this access at any time from their Instagram account settings (authorized apps and websites).

ZapMob is provided "as is". We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% availability. ZapMob is not responsible for the actions or decisions of Meta/Instagram (account suspension, API changes or restrictions, policy changes, etc.) or for indirect damages resulting from use of the service. ZapMob's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The user may delete their account at any time from their account settings or by contacting us. ZapMob reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of abuse, non-compliance with these Terms or third-party platform terms, or for any legitimate reason.
ZapMob may modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of material changes by email (to the address associated with their account). Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
