Question 1

What is ZapMob?

Accepted Answer

ZapMob is a no-code tool that automatically sends replies on Instagram. You pick a trigger (a comment on a post, an incoming direct message or a story reply), optionally a keyword, then the message to send: a public reply under the comment, a direct message, or both. Every send is recorded in a history you can review.

Question 2

Which Instagram triggers does ZapMob support?

Accepted Answer

ZapMob currently triggers on three Instagram events: a comment under a post, either all posts or a single one, a direct message received, and a story reply. Each automation can filter on a keyword, or run on every event, with no filter.

Question 3

What actions can ZapMob send?

Accepted Answer

An automation can reply publicly under the comment, send a direct message, or do both. The direct message can offer up to three link buttons. You can also prepare up to three versions of the message: ZapMob sends a different one each time.

Question 4

What tracking is included after a send?

Accepted Answer

Every run is recorded in a history, step by step, and Instagram errors are explained in plain words. You also see captured contacts with their last interaction, and the post that drives the most conversations.

Question 5

How does keyword automation work?

Accepted Answer

You define a keyword, for example “GUIDE”. As soon as a follower writes that word in a comment, a direct message or a story reply, ZapMob sends the message you prepared, with up to three link buttons. You can also trigger the automation on every event, with no keyword filter.

Question 6

How is ZapMob different from ManyChat?

Accepted Answer

ZapMob is simpler to use. ManyChat goes through a flow builder; ZapMob comes down to the moment, the word and the message. ManyChat stays broader: several channels, conditional sequences, AI, team accounts, integrations. If you need those, ManyChat remains the better choice.

Question 7

Can ZapMob get my Instagram account suspended?

Accepted Answer

ZapMob works exclusively through Meta's official Instagram API, with no bots and no scraping, which rules out the risks tied to unauthorized automation. That is not a guarantee: Meta's rules, limits and decisions apply, and Instagram may for instance throttle replies it considers repetitive. ZapMob is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Meta, and the app flags these cases in your run history.

Question 8

What kind of Instagram account do I need?

Accepted Answer

A professional or creator account linked to a Facebook page, as Meta's official API requires. Switching to a professional account is free from your Instagram settings.

Question 9

How much does ZapMob cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing for now: no card is requested and no subscription starts automatically when you sign up. Pricing isn't set yet. When a paid plan exists, you'll be told before it goes live.

Question 10

What do you do with my data?

Accepted Answer

Your account (email and password) is managed by our platform. The service then uses Meta to run your automations once Instagram is connected, along with hosting and audience measurement providers. We never resell data and we don't read your existing private conversations. The details are in the privacy policy.

Question 11

What doesn't exist yet?

Accepted Answer

Multi-step sequences and conditions, networks other than Instagram, file attachments (files go through a link), per-recipient message personalization, and team accounts with multi-client management. None of these are available today: if one of them is essential to your business, better to know before signing up.
